Chair of the Committee

Debra Rocha, mediator/educator has served as a traffic court administrator; interned for the Public Defender, worked in the Writs and Appeals for the District Attorney, and founded a distance learning Law school. She teaches conflict management at Brandman University, volunteers with CSP, is a certified appellate mediator, mediates for the OC Superior Court, and mediates privately. Debra served on the OC Mediation Conference Committee as Vice Chair in 2007 and Chair for 2011-12.

Lloyd W. Felver, Esq.

Vice Chair of the Committee

Lloyd W. Felver has been an attorney since 1980, litigating in the areas of: Personal Injury, Construction Defect, Contracts, Insurance Agent & Broker liability, Homeowner Association liability, Wrongful Termination, Discrimination and SexualHarassment. Alfonso Clarke

Alfonso Clarke is the director of the OC Human Relations Dispute Resolution Program which provides mediation services to Orange County residents for community and civil matters. He has been with OC Human Relations for 14 years and a mediator for 20 years. He facilitates mediation trainings, supervises and mentors a dynamic team of staff, volunteer and intern mediators. And he has served for 14 years and been past Chair of the Orange County Mediation Conference Committee.

Jennifer Artim

Committee Member

Jennifer Artim supervises the Dispute Resolution Services program at CSP, which provides mediation services to Orange County residents. Jennifer has extensive mediation experience, education and training and is currently pursuing a masters degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding. Jennifer facilitates mediation trainings, mentors student interns, and recruits volunteer mediators. Jennifer has served on the OC Mediation Conference Committee since 2005, planning for the annual conference. She served as Chair of the committee in 2009

Therese Gray, Gray Mediation Services

Committee Member

Therese Gray has been mediating for over twenty years. Her concentration is Employment/ Labor mediation but she has enjoyed a vast array of experience with Personal Injury, Business, Special Education, Elder Issues and Divorce. She currently serves as a board member with SCMA, mediates for Los Angeles Court of Appeals, volunteers with ACR and teaches Mediation. She balances her life teaching Developmentally Disabled Adults part-time and being a grandmother of thirteen.

Scott M. Mather

Committee Member

Scott Mather is a mediator and community activist who has worked on homeless and housing issues in Orange County and the state of California for over thirty years. Currently Scott is a principal in Orange Cares, Inc., a non-profit mediation center that offers consulting services, mediation and training in the areas of mediation, grants, community organization and restorative justice issues to international, national, state and local organizations.
