Advanced Medical, www.advanced-medical.net , a leader in providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists for Clients throughout the United States, has a need for Senior Healthcare Recruiters at their new headquarters in Port Orange, Florida starting in mid-January.
A Senior Recruiter is part of a team responsible for recruiting, placing, and managing Therapists on Travel assignments nationwide (currently in 45 states). The Company has established excellent ongoing Client relationships that provide significant growth opportunities for the next several years.
The successful candidate will possess meaningful experience in recruiting, consultative selling, relationship management, or account management. Our unique business model allows recruiters to focus on what they do best; developing rapport, credibility, and assessing candidate qualifications very quickly over the phone. Further, to motivate, lead, and manage Therapists in making productive job and career decisions. It is critical the candidate be “sales oriented” and have a strong sense of urgency.
Sales ability and relationship management skills coupled with a competitive attitude and dedication will provide a high level of achievement and satisfaction. This position requires direct sourcing of Therapists, timely follow up on sales leads, and superior customer retention skills. Above average computer and organizational skills are also required. A BS/BA degree is preferred.
Our compensation plan has a permanent base salary plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. Expected first year earnings are $40-$50k. Minimum second year earnings required for our business model is $60k with “at plan” earnings $70-$80K. Third year earnings should be $75-$110k. Fully paid day one medical healthcare insurance, a 401k plan with match, and 14 paid days off are some of our additional benefits. Our new offices and location in the Pavilion Mall provide a very desirable work environment.
