Please note:

• Due to logistic limitations the conference is limited to a maximum of 200 participants. We will proceed at a “first come, first served” basis.After the maximum number of participants has been reached, further applicants will be put on a waiting list. Please be aware that this might happen even before the deadline expires. The Organizing Committee therefore reserves the right to decline applications at any stage.
• After your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• There will be no registration fees as the Federal Government of Germany (BfN) sponsors this conference. The EveningReception as well as tea, coffee and refreshments are a courtesy of BfN.
• We strongly recommend signing up for the meals since there are no catering facilities close to the conference venue.
• Participants have to cover their costs for board and accommodation. Hotel rooms can be booked at a special rate via this link
• Participants are asked to immediately notify us if they will not be able to attend the conference.
