1.  Introductions & Roll Call

George Behr (ESG, Co-Chair Supplier) commenced roll call and facilitated the meeting.

2.  Approve Meeting Minutes

The August meeting minutes were distributed with the meeting agenda, EDEWG approved the August minutes without revision.

3.  EDI Change Control #070– PECO HIU Implementation

Kim Wall (PPL Solutions) submitted EDI Change Control #070 to remove the HG code from the LIN in the 814E transaction. The HG code permitted the EGS to request Historical Interval, if no HIU was available, the EDC would automatically provide HU summary. This was never implemented as requested by PPL under EDI CC 50. EDI CC #70 removes the HG code as no other LDC in the regional IG uses the HG code. EDEWG approved CC 70 without revision; it will be incorporated into the next revision of the EDI Implementation Guidelines.

4.  EDI Change Control #071 – PECO 867HU – Add KA to QTY01 in 867HU

Joe Bisti (PECO) submitted EDI Change Control #071 to align the IGs to reflect PECO’s implementation of 867HU and 867HIU... Joe briefed the group on the change control which essentially adds the KA as optional in the QTY01. Brandon Siegel put forth CC 71 for approval, no objections were made, and the change control was approved for incorporation into the next revision of the EDI Implementation Guides.

5.  Redline of EDI Implementation Guidelines for PA

Brandon Siegel continues incorporating EDI Change Controls 59 and above into the current EDI Implementation Guidelines. The redline documents should be ready for EDEWG review near the October meeting.

6.  Update from EGS Consolidated Billing Sub-group

The EGS billing sub-group completed their efforts and sent the final report to CHARGE for action and EDEWG as informational. EDEWG would like to thank everyone who took part in this effort, especially George Behr for his leadership of the sub-group. Members who would like to follow EGS billing should participate or monitor the efforts of the CHARGE group.

7.  EDEWG Charter & Comments – Status Update

Due to the EGS Billing Sub-group efforts, this item was held. EDEWG leadership stated this deliverable is targeted for completion by end of year.
