A leader is someone who has the confidence and energy to do things on his or her own, such as handle a big project or take on positions such as Tutor Group representative, House Captain, Group Leader. Team Captain or Prefect.

A leader is someone who has confidence and energy to accomplish things. Before you can develop leadership capability you have to know yourself and understand your characteristics.
