Please note that the Madrasah will be having three major holidays. These are all aligned with school holidays and we havealso given a full week for half-term in Term 1 and 2 days for half-term in Term 2. Eid-Ul-Adha holidays have been provisioned in Summer Holidays.
Madrasah will continue in the Holy Month of Ramadhan but the times will be from 6.15pm to 7.45pm.
All parents are humbly requested to book their holidays within these dates to minimise Madrasah absences. Absences have a great impact on your children’s education AND upon the entire class. Absent pupils are a burden on the class and the teacher. Use the above dates to plan your holidays.
Please note for Hifz Class students, they will get 1 Saturday off in the month.
Please remember to inform us every time your child is absent from the Madrasah. If the Madrasah is not aware of the absence, then a telephone call should be made to the Madrasah on the day informing them of the absence, the reason of absence and the likely return date. If the Madrasah is not notified, an unauthorised absence is recorded against the child’s attendance record.
We would like to remind all parents that The Madrasah Management needs to be notified of all absences of 5 days or more. Absences of less than five days should be notified to the teacher. All notifications must be on the “Holiday Notification form” (can be obtained from the Madrasah or downloaded from the website). Where the Madrasah is notified at least 7 Madrasah days in advance, we will try our best to give some Sabaq etc to your child.
Please keep this paper safe and store the dates in your phones!
