Car wash at Bank:
- Get OK (signup) and instructions from bank.
- Clean up parking lot when done with broom and hoses, all sand must be washed down to city drain and trash picked up.
- Buy girls pizza and pop out of money earned for lunch (if desired).
- Take sun screen, someone will get burnt, happens every year.
- 9AM until 2PM, show up at 8:30 and set-up!
- Could bring radio.
- Have a work schedule for girls to signup. Have adult helpers.
- At times you’ll be washing 3 cars at once. It can get very busy at times.
- Park my truck on road with “Girl’s Basketball” banner taped to it, plus corner sheet sign.
- Vehicles must leave looking good, not streaked or rubbed mud. Adult inspect.
- Have girls make 4 large signs (in advance) to hold up. 2 on main st and 2 on Vandecar entrance.
- Girls at road with signs must get the attention of people driving by.
- Put up posters around town and pass out hand outs before car wash to advertise.
- Could sell bake goods also or T-shirts.
- Make sure water valves are tightly turned off and property looks good before you leave.

1 camp table, towels (8), 6 pails, 8 sponges, 3 brushes, soap, hoses (4), 3 spray nozzles, “Y” hose connector, money box, brooms, banner, signs, 2 adults to monitor cleaning, camera,
