The following information will assist you in preparation for attendance at the Meeting:

CONFERENCE FACILITIES

The Second Meeting of Plenipotentiary Officialsof the Summit Implementation Review Group (SIRG) of 2009 will be held in Washington D.C. on April 2, 2009, in the Liberator Simon Bolivar Room located at the OAS Headquarters on 17th Street & Constitution Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C.

Interpretation services in the four official languages of the OAS will be provided for the Plenipotentiary SIRG Meeting.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

All transportation arrangements must be made by the Delegates/Representatives or their corresponding Permanent Missions to the OAS. REGISTRATION

Registration for the Second Meeting of Plenipotentiary Officialsof the Summit Implementation Review Group (SIRG) of 2009 will take place at the OAS Main Building from 8:00 a.m. on Thursday April 2, 2009, in the area located immediately outside of the Simon Bolivar Room, prior to the start of the meeting.

To facilitate the processing of ID cards, delegates are requested to submit a completed SIRG registration form to the Summits of the Americas Secretariat no later than April 1, 2009, for the attention of Thiago Dal-Toe, Summits of the Americas Secretariat/ OAS, as well as to Anna Lisa Jones-Reis of the National Secretariat of Trinidad and Tobago:
