Adjourned Motions

In view of the apparently high incidence of unauthorised development in Newbridge, that this Council's Planning Department outline to the Committee the procedures which are currently in place to address this problem. In particular, are there proposals to strengthen current arrangements?

Motion

4.  Councillor S. Doyle

That the Council Housing estate currently under construction on the edge of the Curragh Plains, referred to in the planning permission as Collaghknock, be renamed in keeping with the agreed motion of this committee to name housing estates in Kildare town using an equine theme.
