Big CC Racing offer a full frame modification to reduce in size & 100% seal your ZZR1400 / ZX-14 framed air box into a race ready plenum chamber.
Simply send us your bare stripped out ZZR frame to us for fabrication. It is approx a 4 week turn around depending on work loads.
The frame is shot blasted initially then the top section is cut off so that the internal sealing baffle work can be done to reduce the plenum size to a faster spooling quicker boosting race sized plenum.
The inspection ports are removed & strong securing inspection anchor plates are inserted so to allow the removable inspection covers. These billet CNC inspection covers are screwed down & O ring sealed tight.Internal access & removalof the bell mouths is still achieved.
