REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CONFERENCE PAYMENT DETAILS
- Please email the completed form to Zanandi Allerson
- On receipt of your registration form, an invoice will be generated and issued with a reference number. This reference number must be used as the payment reference when making the payment.
- The banking details will be on your invoice and the payment reference will be in RED. Please note that we do not issue invoice numbers, only the relevant reference number.
- The IABC Africa will NOT be held liable for any direct deposits made with no payment references. Your booking will not be confirmed until your payment has been allocated to your specific booking.
- Kindly make the payment for the Masterclass into the bank account of the IABC (details on invoice). Electronic transfers are accepted. Regrettably no credit card facilities are available. If an alternative arrangement needs to be made, please contact .
- Special rates for corporate group bookings of more than five delegates to attend the conference are available. Contact or call Zanandi Allers on 072226 0255for more information.
- All accommodation bookings to be made directly with The Vineyard Hotelto secure your booking and arrange payment for your accommodation. Please quote IABC as your reference to secure the block rate.
- ALL registrations requiring VISA invitational letters to be made WELL in advance. NO invitational letters will be sent until full payment of all delegates has been received. Your invitational letter will be accompanied by a receipt which you will need to present at your VISA office.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- As the IABC Africa pays all your costs prior to the commencement of the Masterclass, NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 01 October 2017. You may however send a replacement in your place subject to notifying the IABC of the new delegate names.
- The IABC Africa will only accept cancellations in writing forwarded and RECEIVED no later than01 October 2017.
- The IABC Africa will not be liable for any claims regarding travel, registration or accommodation costs.
- The IABC Africa must receive your FULL payment or proof thereof prior to the commencement of the Masterclass, otherwise you will NOT be allowed to register for or access the event at the venue. Should your payment be made late, please send the proof of payment through so we can trace the payment and allocate it to your registration prior to the commencement of the event, so we can grant you access to the Masterclass.
- The IABC Africa is NOT responsible for ANY accommodation bookings, so please ensure that you make all the necessary arrangements directly with the hotel well in advance of the start of the Masterclass.
