The first season will start with 3 teams :
1. SAIGON UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB
2. EMERGENCY ROOM BAR FOOTBALL CLUB
3. PENDING
- THE MODES OF THE COMPETITION
§ PART 1
1. Each matches will be 90 minutes
2. 7-a-side.Only 7 players from a team on the pitch,at any time
3. Maximum 10 players per squad,amateur players only
4. Rolling substitutions ,only made when the ball is dead and with the referee’s approval
5. Throw – in will replace the kick – in from the by line
6. Goals can be scored directly from throw – in
7. Offside wil be “on”
8. If anyone has a yellow card , they can still play on the field , but they cannot play anymore if they have 2 yellow cards or 1 red card
9. Red card = Out of the game (team down to 6 )
10. If not mentioned here , normal football rules apply
11. The referee’s decision is final and he can exercise his discretion over all of the rules
12. Team need a team kit . Because 2 television programs will make some short highlights and the programs about the league so the organization wants to make a league with the professional things so each teams need team kits . If one team forgets that before the match and need to use the bips , they will pay 50.000đ for the fine money
13. No player may play for two different teams in the league
14. Amateur players only, no semi-pros or professionals!
15. Each teams need to make the list of the players and send it to the organization of the league before the starting time of the new season.
16. Players play at their own risk.Shin pads are not compulsory.This is just a friendly tournament,please respect the refs,the players of the other teams and play fairly
17. Any bad things or any bad conversation from the players to the refs and to the organization will not be accepted . If we receive any problems about that , that team will be lost 0-3 .
§ PART 2 :
1. Yellow Card : 5.000đ / one
2. Red Card : 10.000đ / one
3. Each teams need to make the list of the players and send it to the organization of the league before the starting time of the new season
4. If one team doesn’t have enough player to play in this matchday , that team should let the organization know about this problem as soon as possible . The organization and that team will disscuss about the problem to find the solution
5. During the time of the season , if one team has some new players and want to use them , make the list and send it to the organization
6. Each teams will play 10 matches to find the champion of the league . So we will have 10 rounds
7. Results : 3 points for the winning game , 1 point for the drawing game and 0 point for the losing game
8. If we have 2 teams (or 3 teams) with the same points , we will use the number of goal difference first , and then we will use the number of head – to - head
9. All of the information about the league will be on the website and the facebook page of the tournament , please check it because we will have some prizes for the top scorer and the man of the season .
- THE KIT OF THE COMPETITION
Each teams must have the kit to play in the league . Because we will have some programs and highlights show on TV , so the organization want to make the league with the professional things.
- THE PRICES
Each teams will pay 600.000đ for the match . This fee is including the price for the field , the price for the refs and the extra (if we play more)

The first season league will be started at Khánh Hội Football Club ‘s field , 1A ,street 48 , district 4 , Ho Chi Minh City

The Saigon Super Liga 2016 will start after Tet holiday in Vietnam . For more information , please check on the facebook page and the website of the league.

COPPA DE SAIGON 2016
With the Saigon Super Liga 2016 , we will have the cup after we finish the Saigon Super Liga 2016 , name “Coppa de Saigon” . With this cup , we will play knockout round , the champion of the Saigon Super Liga will reach to the final , the 2nd and the 3rd of the Saigon Super Liga will play the semi final match to find the last team to play against the champion of the Saigon Super Liga in the final
