Fondly known as Chen, he was trained from the age of six at Wu Dang Mountain, made famous by the movie “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”. Master Chen is a Taoist priest, Master of Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Kung Fu. He has practiced the art of healing for over 20 years. Master Chen’s mission as conceived by his master, Grandmaster Li, is to pass along the ancient Taoist wisdom to the west. Daoist philosophy and practices focus on meditation practices to cultivate a calm heart, healthy body and still mind. For all meditator levels, this is a good method for helping one achieve quality of meditation to cultivate spirit and eternal life. The class is open to all.

Learn the theory and method of Qi cultivation and organ health. It is not just
exercising the body,but learning how to work and combine body, mind andspirit to nourish life for better quality of longevity, preventing disease and sickness and slowingdown the aging process. This evening is appropriate for all.

Saturday, January 21 9:30 am – 5pm
Fee: $150* / Tai Chi Ball with Internal Qi Flow
This is a Wu Dang internal practice with internal Qi Qong movements. The student will learn how to use this form to gain Yin Yang balance, improve Qi and blood flow and nurture the inner spirit. It is also an important form to help Tai Chi practitioners understand the way to gather Qi and then to move the Qi. No experience necessary.

Fee: $75* / Therapeutic Tai Chi
Therapeutic Tai Chi is a simple internal form for all levels of Tai Chi practitioners. Learn a form combining Qi Flow to gather Qi, increase the dantien energy, improve organ health and gaining balance, harmony and improving health. Open to all.

Fee: $95* / Wu Dang San Feng Sword 64 Movements: Application & Internals
This class is the continuation and review of the previous Wu Dang Tai Chi Sword 64 classes whichMaster Chentaught in 2015/2016 in Atlanta. The class includes internals and applications and will strengthen the student's Tai Chi foundation.
This class is limited to those who previously have studied this form.
