Apologies were received from Cllrs.Mr B Fentiman and Mr. R Hoare.

C. 88/10MINUTES

The minutes of the Council Meeting held on 27January 2011 had been circulated and were signed by the Chairman as a true record.

C. 89/10DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest by Councillors for any item on the agenda.

C. 90/10PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – QUESTIONS AND INFORMATION

Two members of the public attended in order to observe the council meeting.

C. 91/10MATTERS ARISING FROM MINUTES

a)Highways Local Community Gang Report Sheet

There was nothing to report on this item.

b)Playground Funding

Cllr. Jonson reported that the parish council’s application for funding from the Big Lottery Fund had gone through for consideration. Dominic Barnes recommended that the parish council write to him in his capacity as a member of Marlow Round Table with regard to funding for the playground at Clayhill.

C. 93/10NEW ITEMS FOR ACTION OR DECISION

a)Parish Newsletter

Cllr. Jonson reported that he was due to attend a meeting with the Wycombe Air Park Sub- Group of the SW Chilterns and Marlow LAF Marlow regarding the Wycombe Stadium project, with a view to reporting this in the parish newsletter. Cllr. Jonson remarked that a great many local parishioners still did not seem to be fully informed with regards to the details of the stadium project.

Other contributions to the newsletter would be welcomed from councillors.

b)Vacancy for a Councillor

An application was received for the vacancy for parish councillor from a Mr N Dunn of Claymoor.

It was agreed by unanimous decision that Mr NDunn be co-opted as a member of Great Marlow Parish Council.

Mr Dunn signed the Declaration of Acceptance of Office book.

c)Website Maintenance

The Clerk was asked to forward the password for the website to Cllr Truchard to allow him to maintain the website in future.

d)Booker Air Park Stadium Update

It was agreed that the proposed waste transfer station at High Heavens should be included on the agenda along with the Air Park.

Cllr. Jonson remarked that there has been a lot of hearsay with regard to the stadium project but that it was difficult to establish the crucial stepping stones and time table for them as the project had been called in for scrutiny by WDC and as far as he was aware no timetable currently exists..

not much definitive news.

Discussion was had regarding this issue and it was noted that this application could result in a change to the core strategy with particular reference to the Green Belt and housing policy.

Cllr. Jonson reported that Clr Pritchard and Clr Pearce had been and would continue to attend meetings of GASP and that he intended to attend the first meeting of Wycombe Air Park Sub- Group of the SW Chilterns and Marlow LAF on the 7th March.

C. 94/10 CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS FOR INFORMATION

i)Correspondence received

Correspondence was duly noted.

ii)Reports from Councillors from Outside Bodies

Cllr. Pritchard reported she had attended meetings for Brinkhurst and GASP.

Cllr. Jonsonattended the Marlow Town Civic Service, the launch of the new Robinson Helicopter at Heli-Air Booker Air Park, and the High Heavens Liaison Committee Meeting.

There were no comments from councillors.

iv) Committee Reports

Planning minutes to be signed at the Planning meeting to follow. The minutes of the Planning meeting held on 27January2011 had been circulated and the Council endorsed the actions taken.
