From Front Royal take 522 South, turn right onto Harmony Hollow, go 2 miles, 4H fields are on the left.
Please Bring
Soccer ball (ages 5-7, size 3; ages 8-11, size 4; ages 12 and up, size 5), shin guards and water. Cleats are recommended for ages 12 and up.
Medical Agreement Release / Standards of Conduct Agreement
Acting as the parent or legal guardian, I retain full liability for any physical injury to my child that occurs during participation in any Front Royal Flames Sports Association event or activity during the Fall of 2010. Further, I hereby give Front Royal Flames leaders permission to render such medical and hospital care as, in their judgment, may seem advisable for my child in the event of injury, illness or accident. My signature also signifies that I agree to follow Front Royal Flames Standards of Conduct, which I have read and completely understand.
Front Royal Flames Standards of Conduct
1. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior. Please assist each other in monitoring children's behavior.
2. Modest attire and appropriate behavior are required at all Flames’ activities. (1Thess. 4:1-8)
3. Flames participants and spectators shall show respect for those in authority.
4. Participants exemplify Christian love in all interactions at Flames activities in accordance with (1 Cor. 13)
5. In regards to boy/girl relationships, there is a no touch policy.
6. Clean up after activities is EVERYONE'S responsibility.
7. Proper respect for all personal property and public facilities shall be shown.
8. As a courtesy to others, punctuality is expected at all Flames activities.
9. All Flames activities are nonsmoking, nonalcoholic and drug-free events.
10. No profanity or course jesting is acceptable at Flames activities.
11. Players are to wear seat belts when traveling to and from games and practices.
12. If you are offered a ride to a game or practice, please make sure to remove your belongings and trash, and of course, thank the driver.
13. Please remember to take a minute and thank your coach after a practice or game.
