There will be an Early Release Day on Thursday, January 25th. Also, there is no school for students and a professional day for teachers on Friday, January 26th. First Semester ends on Thursday, January 25th. Second semester will begin on Monday, January 29th.
The Course Fair and 9th grade parent meeting were a huge success. Students and parents were excited about what they learned about Sherwood and enjoyed meeting staff. Thank you teachers and staff for spending time with our future students and parents giving them guidance and sharing your enthusiasm about our programs.
A big thank you goes out to Swikrit Manandhar for running the Hour of Code activities in the Media Center during Computer Science Education Week. It was wonderful to have someone run activities and engage our students in fun coding activities.
