Admissions Policy

The EY WABN Mentoring Program seeks to select a geographically, culturally, ethnically and professionally diverse group of elite female athletes who are transitioning from sport or have retired and are pursuing professional careers in business, government, or other spheres of leadership.

The program is designed to prepare and propel high-potential women leaders to greater heights of responsibility and leadership.

EY WABN defines an “elite female athlete” as a woman who is currently or has previously competed as a professional or semi-professional player in an organized sport, or at a national or international level.

There are no tuition fees for program participation although mentees are responsible for any associated costs they may incur (phone, travel, etc.). International Women’s Forum (IWF) members and EY employees are not eligible to be candidates.
