* A Forum is a format that gives four speakers the opportunity to present together on a given topic. The slot is 80 min and is led by a Facilitator who is either self-selected or invited by the Organizing Team. Presenters have 15 minutes each with 5 minutes extra for a Q&A session. Speakers can either present alternately on an aspect of the topic for 15 minutes followed by a 5-minute Q&A session, or present for 15 minutes each followed by a 20-minute group Q&A session. Please note that if there are not enough presentations on your proposed topic you might be offered an alternative. Please note that in addition to speakers opting to be in a Forum, the Organizing Team may also invite some speakers who have submitted talk or workshop proposals on the same topic to be part of a Forum.

****Refunds for conference registration fees are subject of administration fee of 10 BGN. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 20th May 2017.
