SpaceCoastAssociation Dues ($180): Members pay $.49 a day to have access to:

  • Award Winning Education programming classroom as well as on-line training
  • Enforcement of Code of Ethics insuring a higher level of professionalism
  • Access to discounted credit, criminal and eviction reports
  • Networking opportunities with other real estate professionals
  • 100+ years of experience from aprofessional staff responding to real estate issues, questions and concerns
  • Meeting facilities for committee meetings, Association functions and member events
  • Government Affairs Committee to respond to local issues affecting the real estate community
  • Membership meetings that address topics of interest so that members remain knowledgeable
  • REALTOR involvement in community events that enhance the REALTOR image within our community
  • Asset management to protect the Associations financial interests
  • Maintenance of the membership database with daily updates to the Association website the Florida REALTORS and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, which updates REALTOR.COM and Florida Living Network
  • Maintenance of the SUPRA Lockbox database and supplies so that members have a simple and accountable system to access properties countywide
