Correspondence: / Received invitations to E. Greenbush & N. Greenbush Memorial Day Parades
Chiefs Report: / 8-7 to go OOS on Tuesday (March 2nd) for pump panel repair & PM.
Asked Lt. Warner to get list for Station 1’s PM.
Still working on bail-out law issue. Looking at several options.
Bid for new truck is March 11th – New Holmatro System to be installed.
Received letter from Ladies Auxiliary regarding companies. Info referred to the correct authority.
March 1st is OSHA make-up deadline – Members not completing the training will be suspended from duties, including elective training, such as EMT.
Still working on Sex Ed / Blood Bourne Pathogens make-up session.
Assistant Chiefs Report:
Asst. Chief Tracy – / 2 new ice rescue suits on 8-5, helmets will not fit most. Look at other options. Asst. Chief Phillips to get prices. – Suits also need whistles. Lt. Warner – has extra at Station I.
8-5 thermal imaging camera OOS – to be sent for repairs, will be determined if repairable and actions will be taken from there.
Almost done looking at LDH – Decision to be made shortly.

Officer’s Report:
Capt. Racine – / Looked at several different bail-out systems – Impressed with the Escape Tech™ rope with the F4. Discussion ensured regarding law.
Capt. Hazzard – / No Report
Station Lt. Hart – / Has e-mail for St. Patrick’s Day t-shirts. Chief Cherubino – 70-75 to be ordered.
8-5 Cutter’s Edge saw is back in service.
Lt. Farrell – / No Report
Lt. Sanabria – / 5 SCBA’s out for repair are back in service.
Lt. Yates – / No Report
Lt. Warner – / Advised Chief Cherubino that a panel on Truck 8 needs repair. Chief Cherubino – To be repaired during PM.
Lt. O’Connor – / Need new wireless key for “iamresponding.com computer” at Station 1. Chief Cherubino – Will look into it.
Safety Officer Stark – / Working on map of SUNY Complex/Regeneron – will have knox box locations on it.
Working on map of Woodlawn Center – Heads fixed & zones corrected.
CSC back to 24/7 security – working on EVAC plan.

Old Business:
Asst. Chief Tracy – / 3 lengths of red “pump out” hose purchased. (1 to Station II & 2 to Station I). Station I also given reducer.
New Business:
Sta. Lt. Hart – / SCBA batteries need to be changed. Chief Cherubino – Date to be determined.
Safety Officer Stark – / Amanda’s Law now in effect regarding CO detectors, inquired what is being done on or end. Chief Cherubino – Notice to be put on dept website and sign on Columbia Trnpk. – Will work on getting literature for residents.
Brought up issues regarding apparatus placement & staging at incidents – Discussion ensued.
Chief Cherubino – / Has list from Dr. Lehayne’s regarding physicals. Members not completing the physical by March 1st, 2010, will be placed off-duty until testing is completed.
Asst. Chief Tracy – / Pediatric pads for AED will expire soon. New ones to be ordered.
