Week 1 /
  • Welcome new employee (phone, email, or in-person)

  • Hold first meeting with mentee and set meeting schedule

  • Continue discussion with mentee about learning goals

  • Create networking opportunities – put mentee in touch with other campus contacts

  • Meet/communicate with mentee (discuss learning goals, experiences, needs)
