ADPI JIM PAGE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
DESCRIPTION
A oneyear grant,of $1,000 minimum,awarded to the dependent of an employee or to an employee whose company is a member of the American Dairy Products Institute.
REQUIREMENTS/CRITERIA
- Applicants will complete and file an official application and any required materials by the deadline date as pre-determined by the American Dairy Products Institute Scholarship Committee.
- The American Dairy Products Institute Scholarship Committee for the selection of this award shall include a member of the American Dairy Products Institute Board of Directors, Affiliate Committee and the Chief Executive Officer of the American Dairy Products Institute.
- The recipient of the scholarship will receive a letter of congratulations and a check, made payable to the school they are currently attending, from the Committee and their name will be announced at the ADPI/ABI Annual Conference to be held in Chicago, IL.
- This award may be used for any educational expenses that a student may have in furthering his/her education. (Such as, but not limited to: tuition, books, room & board etc.).
- Application and attachments must be typewritten and can be submitted by E-mail, fax or US mail.
- Award of the scholarship in any given year is strictly subject to the discretion of the ADPI Scholarship Committee.
RECIPIENT
- Must be a dependent of an employee or an employee whose company is a member of the American Dairy Products Institute.
- Must be currently enrolled in a four-year,nationally-accredited college or university,pursuinga course of study that will leadto a bachelor'sdegree,have completed at least one full semester (or the equivalent thereof) and must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0on astandard 4.0 scale.
- All qualified persons who submit an application form would be eligible for the scholarship regardless of gender, race, creed, color or nationality.

- Applicants must provide a statement regarding their future goals and objectives on a separate piece of paper.
- A signed letter of character reference, from a person unrelated to the applicant, must be submitted with the application.
- A current, official transcript must be submitted directly from the college or university the applicant is currently attending.
