TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION PROPOSAL

YOUR PROPOSAL MUST INCLUDE A RESPONSE TO EVERY QUESTION AND SECTION THAT REQUESTS INFORMATION, REFER TO THE SECTION AND CORRESPONDING ITEM NUMBER.

Scope: UCDHS reserves the right to redistribute activities/tasks or to do none, some, or all of the following tasks. The format of this RFP allows for bidders to be detailed in both their responses and costs to allow for or to move activities/tasks as required to:

  • meet changing priorities
  • make adjustments for in-house resource availability

The following comprise the main elements to be covered to successfully complete the associated Project Deliverables identified at the end of this Attachment 3. Additional project deliverables are also included in the Project Deliverables at the end of the Attachment. Bidder is required to identify:

  • additional elements required for the successful deployment of the Enterprise Mobile Management technology (add on end of relevant table)
  • key subtasks they feel are necessary to successfully complete the associated element listed in the table(s)
  • estimated UCDHS hours bidder feels will be required to assist them in completing these subtasks

Failure to provide the information necessary to fully evaluate the bid response will result in disqualification of the bid.

If a bidder's responses are not clear or general (e.g. Vendor has read and acknowledged, Yes, No, Agreed, etc.) it will be considered non-responsive and no points will be awarded. UCDHS reserves the right to set the criteria for and make this determination independently in each case. UCDHS reserves the right to accept, reject or waive any irregularities in any proposal. UCDHS reserves the right to reject all responses received in response to this request.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. In order for this project to be successful it will be necessary for UCDHS to provide:
  • A single point of contact (SPOC), with authority, to ensure participation and timely completion of all UCDHS, partner, vendor, etc. related tasks to this project.
  • Chair Kick-off project meetings.
  • Monitor progress relative to the project schedule
  • Appropriate access to the UCDHS network and systems required for the success of the various phases of this project.
  • Access to all UCDHS facilities, personnel, partners, vendors, budgeting, information, network drawings, policies and documentation (current & new) pertaining to the campus and remote locations.
  • UCDHS security identification and access to appropriate secured facilities for data gathering and collection purposes.
  • All UCDHS approved forms/templates used for budgetary planning, change orders, waivers, etc.
