Humanitarian – Portfolio – Level I (1-300 units)

Recognition will be given to the manager who has gone above and beyond in helping a homeowner, a community, or a cause within one of the communities they manage. This manager will have utilized “outside the box” thinking to create a positive outcome for a specific cause. This manager also actively supports AACM and its goals.

Please Note: Nominee must be CAAM Certified. Handwritten applications are not accepted. Nominee can only be submitted for one category. Please answer all questions. Nominations must be approved by the Management Company Designated Member (Individual Members can have the nomination approved by an HOA Board Member). HOA contact information must be provided and AACM will contact HOA to verify nomination information.

5.Describe the specific accomplishment that supports your nomination for the Humanitarian award and how it represents excellence in management. Efforts are not restricted to human-based assistance and can include assisting animals, plants/landscaping, playground, self-help, etc. (Limit response to 500 words or less.)
