Craft and Merchandise Vendors must be selling a product, not a service. All Vendors are at the discretion of the Rotary Oktoberfest Committee.

  • All Booth Rates will increase $40 after June 30.

NO REFUNDS AT ALL WILL BE GRANTED TO CRAFT VENDORS AFTER SEPTEMBER 12, 2010

This is an outdoor event; no refunds will be issued because of inclement weather.

NOTE: Canopies must be fire resistant. Gas lanterns are not allowed. Battery powered or electric lights must be guarded. Halogen quartz lights are not permitted. Drop cords must be 12-gauge heavy duty.

Oktoberfest organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor from the event if exhibitor breaches any city codes, event protocols, misrepresentations, endangers public safety, or disruptive behavior.

General Release: The undersigned does hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless the Rotary Club of Newbury Park and Commemorative Air Force Museum, and the Camarillo Airport from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to property of the Undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the festival, its agents, representatives or employees. The Undersigned consents to enforce all of the festival rules. The Undersigned gives permission for photos or descriptions of their work accepted for Oktoberfest 2010 to be used for festival promotional purposes.
