English 9 Honors Term 12017-2018 Syllabus

Please note that due to the fact that we meet every other day (Odd/Even), placing due dates on this sheet is more confusing then helpful. For this reason, I am only identifying the dates each assignment is assigned. Students and parents should know that when I assign something, it is due before we meet on the following day before 7:45 AM. Though I keep assignments open until the week before the end of the term (which is the day they close permanently), all assignments have a due date assigned to them. Completing an assignment or quiz after its due-date is automatically recorded on canvas. This will lead to loss of “On-Time-Points for major quizzes, essays, and other important assignments. Please note also that by showing up on time to class, you earn “On-Time” points towards your grade.
