Dr. Cerf, a former New Jersey State Trooper, has extensive experience with teaching MUA as well as performing MUA peer reviews and fraud analyses. Evaluating MUA practices and participants requires collaboration between peer reviewers, claim representatives, SIU, and legal teams to properly evaluate concerns of medical necessity and fraud. Understanding what all stakeholders require to fulfill their individual and collective missions is essential and will be discussed.

*Detective Roger Benash, Yonkers Police Department
Detective Benash will provide a comprehensive review of how to identify fraudulent motor vehicle documents such as temporary registrations forms, registration paperwork, insurance cards, titles, and other documents.
