I did some paired ttests in systat using the means for the groups…so I used littoral zone 1 means vs. littoral zone 2 means etc. littoral zone 1 may have been significantly different than the pelagic zones given a 90% confidence interval…but as you all no 95% is kinda the standard with basic science so no cigar I suppose
