Introduction

An introduction letter for a new salesperson is a formal letter written by a senior officer in a department of a store, introducing somebody who has just been employed by the company. Such letters are short letters written to principally introduce the person, get his or her details and qualifications across, praise him or her, and welcome him or her aboard the team.

Such letters can also be letters of professional introduction, and will contain more than two paragraphs.

Some tips to write a good salesperson introduction letter

·  Introduce the employee in a cheerful ad optimistic manner. Make sure you express your confidence that the employee will do good for the company and will help the company in achieving progress.

·  Mention the reasons why the management or the human resources department thought the person appropriate for the job. Mention the qualities of the person that got him selected through the interviews of the others.

·  Ensure that while you are writing about this person, you don’t go overboard with your praise or statements. Keep your tone moderated and modest.
