TEACHERS GUIDE

This guide will help you, monitor bookings made by parents, make a booking for a parent, enable you to print your timetable from any computer with a printer attached (even your home computer – even over the weekend)book for parents. You will not be able to change parent’s bookings or access their contact information. Please speak to IT department if you require any additional help with bookings, timetables etc.

Go to and click on the School admin button.
/ / Type in the user name and password and click GO

FIND YOUR NAME AMONGST THE LIST OF TEACHERS, AND CLICK ON IT - THEY ARE IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER. ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THIS, YOU CAN DO THE FOLLOWING:

MONITOR YOUR BOOKINGS

/ After finding your name in the teachers list and clicking on it, you will be able to see the times that have been booked, the name of the Parent and the name of the child. and the subject or grade you will be discussing. (Parents usually include the child’s surname – this is just an example)

PRINT YOUR OWN TIMETABLES

/ After finding your name in the teachers list and clicking on it, you can print your bookings.
You can choose which timetable block to print or print all blocks at once. (That is all YOUR blocks at once, NOT ALL TEACHERS blocks)
You can choose the layout of your time table too.
1 Line per entry makes a very compact timetable, 3 or 4 lines per entry will give you room to take a few notes with each name. Click GO and have a look. If you are happy with the layout, you can print it, or go back and make some adjustments.
Click on the red question mark any time you need extra help

BOOK FOR PARENTS

/ After finding your name in the teachers list and clicking on it, click on the “book for parent” link. A new window will open and you can fill in the parents and students details. Click go, and follow the instructions.
You can book for yourself as well as for other teachers, if you parent has more than one child at the school.
Parents with email addresses will have their bookings sent to them automatically. If there is no email, you will need to hit the “print” button at the end.
