Payment Information: $275.00 per person fee due with registration. After receipt of payment a class confirmation will be sent out. Lunch is included Tuesday through Thursday. EVT, lodging and transportation are not included in the fee.

Transportation:
Transportation accommodations to and from Waterous are the responsibility of the attendee. Some hotels may provide shuttle service to/from Waterous Company if arranged in advance. If shuttle service is required, please confirm this with the hotel at the time reservation is made.

Optional (EVT) Certification Commission Exam:
Applicants will have the option of taking one Emergency Vehicle Techniciancertification exam or recertification Friday morning. We are informing applicants in advance that this mechanics class does notcover all areas of the EVT test exam, nor do we provide the recommended publications to study for the various exams. Information on the recommended study guides and sample test questions for the various EVT certification exams can be found on the EVT Commission website at www.evtcc.org Applicants are encouraged to bring their own study guides if testing.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations must be sent to Renee Pawlenty via fax or email. All cancellations within 14 days of registered class are non-refundable.
