Large enough to carry everything in plus a bit more.
Luggage allowance =18kg personal allowance plus 2kg of tent to be added on the departure date
DAY BAG(Not the sports string type please)
Big enough to carry swim gear, packed lunch, water bottle on days out, also as hand luggage on aircraft.

All items should be named and luggage packed with you Cub,Scout, Explorer or Young Leader present, as they will be asked who packed their luggage at the airport check-in.
HAND LUGGAGE no liquids of a capacity exceeding 100 ml, no sharp objects (e.g. scissors, knives etc ) and no aerosols.

SCOUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE pen knives, any electronic items such as game players, iPods, MP3s mobile phones etc. Apart from the risk of items being lost, broken or stolen, there are insufficient charging points on the campsite. Leaders will be providing iPods and a portable DVD player for use under their supervision. If in doubt don’t pack, ask a leader.
