How to register for My Agency1

What is My Agency?

My Agency is the secure area of the Funded agency channel and contains organisation specific information. For all users other than the Department of Health and Human Services staff, My Agency is accessed via the eBusiness Portal.

Who can register for My Agency?

Users can register to access My Agency if they are either a:

•staff member of an organisation funded by the Department of Health and Human Services and/or the Department of Education and Training

•member of the board or committee of management of one of the organisations funded by the departments above.

How do I register for My Agency?

Registering for My Agency is easy, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1

Visit the Funded agency channel homepage and click ‘Login to My Agency’. On the eBusiness Portal Login page, select the I want to register link on the right hand side of the screen.

Step 2

The eBusiness Request for Registration screen appears. From the eBusiness Applications List, select Funded agency channel. Once highlighted, select the arrow to move your selection to the Selected Application List.

Step 3

Complete the eBusiness Request for Registration form, ensuring you complete all mandatory fields which are indicated by a star.

Tips:

• Do not put any spaces or dashes in the phone number fields

•In the Organisational Details section, if your organisation appears multiple times, you must select the entry with no location or office details. Do not select an organisation with a location even if you work in that office.

Step 4

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Conditions of Use prior to selecting the Agree radio button. Select the Submit Request button to submit your form.

What happens next?

An acknowledgement of your request for registration displays on screen. Your request for registration will be forwarded to the Organisation Authority (authorised person) in your organisation for verification.

Once verified, your request will then be forwarded to the Funded agency channelhelpdesk for final approval and an email, from eBusinesswill be sent to your nominated address providing your username and password.

Please ensure your username and password are kept in a secure location and are not shared with other users.
