Known issues – Internet Explorer 7
Multiple log ons, using separate accounts, from the same browser session are not supported
To log on to the Worry-Free Remote Manager server using multiple accounts, you must open a separate (new) instance of Internet Explorer 7.
Example:
If you are currently logged on to the Worry-Free Remote Manager server as User-A and youalso want to log on as User-B, you have to open another instance ofInternet Explorer 7 from either the Windows start menu or from an Internet Explorer 7 shortcut.
Opening a new tab or opening a new window from within the current browser window will not work.
The Export feature (Reports screen) fails when using Internet Explorer 7
Make sure that the Worry-Free Remote Manager server’s URL is listed in Internet Explorer’s list of trustedsites and that the settings for "File download" and "Automaticprompting for file downloads" are set to "Enable".
To check if the Worry-Free Remote Manager server URL is listed in Internet Explorer’s Trusted sites list:
- From the browser menu bar select ToolsInternet Options. The Internet Options dialogue appears.
- Select the Security tab and then click the Trusted sites icon.
- Click the Sites button. The Trusted sites dialogue appears.
- Type the Worry-Free Remote Manager server URL in the Add this Web site to thezone: field and then click Add and then click Ok.
- Under the Security level for this zone section, click theCustom Level... button. The Security Settings dialogue appears.
- Scroll down to the Downloads section and verify thatAutomatic prompting for file downloads and File downloadare both set to Enable.
Unable to upload reseller logo when using Internet Explorer 7
Make sure that the Worry-Free Remote Manager server URL is listed in Internet Explorer’s list of trustedsites.

The information bar repeatedly appears when trying to log on tothe Worry-Free Remote Manager server using HTTPS
This is not an issue relating to ActiveX or the running of scripts. When the Internet Explorer 7 browser detects an href tag referencing a pound "#" symbol in the HTML code of a Web page, it will display the information bar. Since there are no scripts or ActiveX controls in the Worry-Free Remote Manager Web console, youcan close the information bar by clicking the close icon "(x)", located to the far right of the bar, or you can choose to ignorethe information bar. Neither of the above mentioned options will prevent the Worry-Free Remote Manager Web console from displaying or working correctly.
