Check List for Thesis Drop Off Review:

1.You will need to fill out a faculty evaluation when you turn in your thesis/project. Please give yourself extra time because there will be no exceptions.

2.Students must attach proof of attendance showing completion of Formatting Workshop. If the proof of attendance is not attached to the project, it will not be reviewed until the print out is received by the office.

3.Turn in a copy of your Human Subjects approval letter.

4. Sign-in your thesis/project in the check-in binder.

5.The department will email you when your thesis/project is ready to be picked up. Please remember there is a three (3) to four (4) day turn around period not including weekends. Do not call the office to see if your thesis/project is ready. If you do not get an email after the fourth dayplease email Sandra Birtcil at .

6.Once your thesis/project has been signed, you will need to turn in one (1) copy fromtitle page through abstract to the Division of Social Work. * NOTE: THE DIVISION WILL NOT MAKE COPIES FOR STUDENTS.

Once Your Thesis/Project Has Been Signed:

7.Obtain a thesis/project receipt form:Microfilming, and Binding Receipt from the Graduate Studies office located in RFC206 or

8. Take Microfilming and Binding Receiptto Student Financial Services Center in Lassen Hall to pay the $60.00 binding fee. This receipt must accompany your completed Thesis/Project when it is submitted to the Office of Graduate Studies.

9.Make one copy of your entire thesis/project on 24lb. 100% cotton paper.

10. Make an additional copy of your title pages through abstract for Graduate Studies.

11. Turn into Graduate Studies:

Entire thesis/project on good paper

One additional copy of title pages through abstract

Microfilming and Binding receipt form

Proof of attendance ~Formatting Workshop
