Called to order: 8:15

Lights:

Meeting next week at BRHS BOA about lights

Minutes:

Motion made by Steve to approve the MayMinutes as amended, seconded by Howard F. Motion passed 1-0 by secretary

Travel:

U10 Girls – Laurent requested coaching U10 girls team. Howard F will assist Laurent in admin work on new team. Steve will give Laurent list of BCSA Rec players in his age group.

U9 girls team – Steve will give Tim Russell list of Rec girls in his age group for him to see if there is interest in team.

BC Crew – Mike B held tryouts – 6 players showed up. Going forward, Team is stalled, he will try to find homes for the 6 players.

Rec:

250 players registered at this time vs 320 last year in total. Photo bid going out, all sport has not given the rebate check to BCSA as of today.

Raffle application going out.

Need to start to look for Sponsors.

Lease on FF – possible to get Twp to renew lease which will make it non-cancelable. Can Twp get grass cut?

Opening day Sept 10, Mike to organize

Tournament:

Motion made by Steve to vote on continuation of thanksgiving tournament tournament, second by PJ. 0-4-2, motion failed.

Motion made by PJ to host a 1 day Halloween Tournament in 2011 second by Ed. 5-1-1 ,motion passed.

Motion by PJ to amend previous motion to be a Halloween Tournament not specific to # of Days, second by Eric, 5-1-2 motion passed

Scholarship:

2 applications were received. Motion to award each applicant a scholarship, second by Howard Z, motion passed 8-0. Hudik – Seaman and Pagnani – Gutterson

Boggs/Barett:

They are a partnership, not required to carry WC insurance. They cannot afford insurance and give BCSA 25% back. Decision made to take insurance cost out of 25% per head cost.
