You’d like to see improvements in… / Ø Having access to the presentation slides and tools prior to the live event / Ø The long-term care project team posts the event slides and tools under the Webinar Section of the LTC Safety Website at least 48 hours before the live event, barring any technology issues. Org Leads also receive these materials and are responsible for disseminating them to their facilities.
You would like to learn more about … / Ø Preventing re-hospitalization and providing a continuum of care between the LTC facility and hospitals / Ø This is a great idea! We will include this as a potential future topic for a National Content Webinar.
