Meeting Etiquette

·  Dues - $25 monthly dues are paid at the beginning of each month or at the first meeting attended. No exceptions.

·  Time - Please arrive on time at 6:30pm to mix & mingle, set-up for your guests, do Satin Hands & allow guests to have refreshments. No entry will be allowed after 7:10pm for Consultants or Guests.

·  Skincare class and Training will begin at 6:55pm. If your guests arrive after the cleanser has started, you will have to conduct her facial in the restroom.

·  Once you have set your guest(s) up, please proceed to the proper training room. Only the assigned teachers and New Consultants are allowed to observe the skincare class.

·  No children under the age of 12 are allowed at our training center. Teenagers are welcome if they are accompanied by their parent.

·  No gum chewing, please use mints instead.

Supplies needed for Guests

·  Paid dues covers all product demos for skincare class.

·  You must provide the following for each guest: Mirror & Tray, Applicators, Skincare Profile, Towel, Beauty Book, Look Book & Gift for guest (optional), Sales Ticket, Hostess Flyer (optional-can be found on website at www.meninagivens.com), Team Building Literature for prospective team members.

Image/Attire

·  All Consultants should be dressed in Mary Kay Attire.

·  Consultants - Wear all black. Professional length skirt and blouse, skirt suit or black dress are all appropriate.

·  Red Jackets - Wear one of the current Red Jackets, crisp white blouse & black skirt.

·  Pantyhose and nice business flats or pumps make us look so polished!

·  No pants. We all love pants, however, one of the things that distinguishes us from other direct-selling companies is our Mary Kay Image.

·  Mary Kay Glamour should be worn at all times. YES, that includes eye color, cheek color, foundation, powder, lip/eye liner, lip gloss and lipstick. If you need assistance with your Color 101 Look, please do not hesitate to ask.

Upholding our Sister Consultants and Directors

·  Please uphold The Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

·  Each week introduce yourself to a Sister Consultant you don't know and exchange business cards. Make all of the guests feel welcome.

·  Please clean up after yourself and your guests, throwing all trash away even if it's not yours.

·  Offer your sister Consultant and/or Director assistance if she's looking frazzled :)
