CA Mukesh Mohan, Chief Executive Officer of Gyan Shree Industrial Consultants Private Limited has been elected as President of CIMSME (The Chamber of Indian Micro Small & Medium Enterprises) on 2011.
CIMSME is the country's young and premier industry body of SME entrepreneurs with a base support of over 20,000 companies and professionals prevails to promote & protect the trade & commerce of MSMEs in India. Needless to mention that SME sector plays a very important role in overall economic growth of India. Understanding the importance of SME sector, CIMSAME is keep taking proactive steps to spread awareness among the MSMEs for their conclusive growth by sharing the ideas and expertise.
During his stint only, an interactive SME Helpline (www.SMEHelpline.com- a non profit organization) has been launched by our chamber that extensively helping the SMEs across India in getting free assistance on various specific business issues and challenges. By using this helpline number, SMEs are free to ask questions or queries related to debt funding, accounting & taxation, merger & acquisition, compliances & legal, marketing & branding, human resource, marketing & technology joint venture, etc. to our panel of experts at any time of the day.
Details of his experience :
i. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Gyan Shree Industrial Consultants Private Limited. This is possibly India’s only single window industrial services consultancy. It support and help its clients in areas as diverse as Due Diligence for bankers, Consultancy to Banks in NPA Management under Securitization Act, Project Finance, Valuation of Properties on behalf of banks, Company Law Matters etc. The company has been recognized by the following banks by way of empanelling the company for various services:-
Allahabad Bank, Andhra Bank, Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Corporation Bank, Dena Bank, Indian Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, The Nainital Bank Ltd, Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India, Vijaya Bank, UCO Bank, HUDCO etc. We have, however, surrendered the empanelment with Oriental Bank of Commerce.
