Sub: - Telangana Foods- Electrical Section- quotes for Re-Winding of Motors AMC for year of 2017-18- Request- Reg.
Telangana Foods (A Govt. of T.S. Enterprise) an ISO 22000-2005 certified organization working under the administrative control of WCD & SC Department working round the clock through out the year in three shifts. Telangana Foods is producing and supply of nutritious food to the Govt. welfare schemes under ICDS projects.
Telangana Foods is looking for AMC contractors for Re-winding of Low and High Speed Motors i.e., 0.5 HP to 200 HP capacity details as given below for the year 2017-18, hence you are requested to quote competitive offer in a sealed cover and send by post/by person on priority basis.
Details of Motors & speeds:

Terms & Conditions :
01. / Last date of receipt of sealed quotations duly affixing cello tape by post/by person on or before:12.05.2017 at 02.00 PM
02. / Opening of received sealed quotations: 12.05.2017 at 03.00 PM in the presence of bidders.
03. / Rates offered should be inclusive of all taxes and pickup & delivery at Telangana Foods including scrap wire cost.
04. / Party has to execute an Agreement on 100/- Non-Judicial Stamp paper within 7 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, order will be cancelled.
05. / The contract is awarded for a period of one year.
06. / Successful bidder has to furnish a Security Deposit of Rs.7,000/- for the above period of contract for which no interest will be paid.
07. / The insulation class “F” should be provided as per motor name plate.

08. / Super enameled wire should be used.09. / Dr.Break Varnish should be used for the winding and maintain with proper heat treatment.
10. / All the motors should be painted with deluxe automotive paint when it comes for winding.
11. / The transport charges for taking and returning the motor shall be boned by the Party.
12. / A guarantee of six months for any defective workmanship and inferior quality material replaced/used by the party shall be given.
13. / Any damages will be recovered from the contractor’s from available security deposit or contractor can be cancelled /terminated at any time without giving any reasons and prior intimation.
14. / The contract can be extended for the future period of three (3) months at the same rates, if required.
15. / Party has to provide 24 hours service, if any emergency also.
16. / The period of time for delivery of rewinding motor is allowed up to 15 days from the date of receipt of the motor from the factory failing which a penalty Rs.10/- per day par motor shall be imposed till first 15 days and Rs.20/- per day shall be imposed for further period.
17. / Application taxes will be deducted as per rules.
