Budget:
- After School Tutoring: minimum of 8 students/teacher
- 3rd-5th: 8-one hour sessions
- 3rd update:total of 8 teachers once per week.

Staffing:
- PK Bilingual Vacancy : Recommendation made and teacher will begin the first week of December. Ms. Estrada will transfer from a long term substitute to a TIA, the week after the new teacher begins.
School Organization:
- National Center for Urban School Transformation Award (visit rescheduled for 02/14/2014): One teacher per grade level will be videotaped to submit for the NCUST application.
- Fall Festival – Friday, November 1st
- Thanksgiving Luncheons: (see flyer for details) $5 –cost of plate: recommendation to have two serving lines and two drink stations.
