SWANS FOOTY NEWS –

CONGRATULATIONS to Kieran Jack on his appointment as co-captain for 2013 with Jarrad McVeigh.

GOOD NEWS to hear Ryan O’Keefe will finish his career as a one club player extending his contract until the end of 2014.

NOT SO GOOD NEWS (a) to hear Gary Rohan has been added to the full time injury list which means it is unlikely he will play in 2014. We can only hope that rehabilitation will eventually attain good results and that we will once again have the opportunity to see this talented young man in the red and white.

And (b) the knee injury to SOMS FAVOURITE Alex Johnson. We hope with youth on his side he is soon back on the training track depending on what type of surgery he chooses.
