Field Project Management Application
- This semester, I would like to add brief discussions based on the feedback from the first class, covering various Project Management Field issues/concepts. These topics will include some jobsite issues that project engineers/managers must address on a daily basis. My intent is to share some of the tough “lessons learned” while working on a jobsite and also pose some interesting conversation that should lead to some brainstorming sessions on how to deal with these “real world” issues in a proactive manner.
