The spring 2015 National Executive Committee and National Management Institute training will be held on May 2-3, 2015. Below are the referenced call-in announcement and reservation form for this National Executive Committee meeting for your review. A separate letter will be sent to each participant for NMI inviting them to attend this session.
This email is being send in advance as the cut-off date for receipt of the housing forms is March 23, 2015, repeat March 23, 2015 if you plan on attending this session of the National Executive Committee meeting.
SAME AS LAST MEETING – On the reservation form there is a line for SAL ID number. Please fill this in with your SAL ID number (Legibly please) and double check it. Again, new procedures have been implemented by our National Finance division in order to process reimbursements. ID number is mandatory on this form and needs to be correct otherwise your reimbursement check can be delayed or worse not processed. Also on this form is a block for any special handicap needs. Please specify, if needed, as special handicap rooms are limited in each hotel.
There will be no hard copies of this notification or reservation form sent via regular mail. With the number of changes in National Officers, appointments, and detachment leadership changes, you are requested to coordinate this with others in your respective state who might attend this conference. Detachment adjutants should notify all detachment leadership accordingly and National Chairmen should contact their commission/committee members.
MOST IMPORTANT – Return your reservation forms no later than March 23, 2015. We cannot guarantee any rooms after that date. All reservations from Sons members attending this conference must come through this office in order to obtain accommodations within the Sons block of rooms. Mail, fax or email (not all three) your form. Email works the best based on the previous meeting held plus you can request a receipt of notification as well. Once again, one method is sufficient.
