13/03/2016 / Child sexual exploitation is a national issue in the UK.It can happen to any child at any age, so knowing how to spot the signs of child sexual exploitation is something everyone needs to know.
However, spotting child sexual exploitation can be difficult. Offenders are highly manipulative, and will often make a child feel that they have no choice, that the abuse it normal, that it is okay. It’s not okay, and it’s everyone’s responsibility to help prevent it.
That's why a new website for parents of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent has been created to help people spot the signs of child sexual exploitation, keep their children safe and know how to report any concerns.
