Comrades, a trade union derives its strength from its members and involvement of members in all organizational activities is a key to its success. Therefore, it has also been decided to organize a "CADRE DEVELOPMENT/LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM” in our circle to impart training and education in the management of trade unions by the experienced faculty of “NATIONAL ACADEMY OF TRADE UNION AND EDUCATION (NATURE)”, a wing of FEDERATION. We are confident that the training program will lay a road map to build the organization on a strong edifice and prepare the cadre to take responsibility for running the organization.

With revolutionary greetings,

(Deepak K Sharma)

General Secretary
