Facilities Management Requirements

The new Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Facilities Management Services framework is now live. There are 3 lots on this framework: Lot 1 – Total Facilities Management, Lot 2 – Hard Services and Lot 3 – Soft Services. A breakdown of service requirements can be found in the following matrix.

Key: Where an IPD and/or Facilities Management (FM) Service Standard applies to a required Service, a bracket has been provided next to each Service, e.g. (CC41L/G:02), which represents the IPD code and the FM Service Standard respectively.
