A.CALL TO ORDER AND RELATED BUSINESS

A.1.Call to Order

A. Sinclair called the meeting to order at 12:33 p.m.

ELECTION OF CHAIR

ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIR

A. Sinclair, City Clerk, called for nominations for the position of Chair, City Manager Recruitment Process Committee.

Councillor T. Caterina nominated Councillor J. Batty for the position of Chair and Councillor R. Hayter for the position of Vice-Chair, for the City Manager Recruitment Process Committee.

A. Sinclair, City Clerk, asked if there were any further nominations. There being none, A. Sinclair asked for a motion to close nominations.

Moved T. Caterina:

That nominations for the positions of Chair and Vice-Chair, City Manager Recruitment Process Committee, close.

Carried

For the Motion:J. Batty, R. Hayter, T. Caterina.

Councillor J. Batty was elected, by acclamation, as Chair and Councillor R. Hayter was elected by acclamation, as Vice-Chair,City Manager Recruitment Process Committee.

A. Sinclair, City Clerk, vacated the Chair and Councillor J. Batty presided.

A.2.Adoption of Agenda

Moved R. Hayter:

That the February 26, 2009, City Manager Recruitment Process Committee meeting agenda be adopted.
