Online Bill Pay Improved!!
Recently, we have been developing additional avenues for members to pay their bills and update their personal information. One convenient way customers can now update their information is through our website. We have recently enhanced the Pay My Bill Online feature on our website. Members can still pay their bills online in the same way they have previously, but now there are additional enhancements for customers. Members can now update their profile information including their mailing address and phone number and can also now sign themselves up to receive E-bills. They can also set up alerts for due date reminders, alerts for past due reminders, alerts for account profile changes, and payment confirmation alerts. Members can also view payment histories and billing histories on their accounts.
The login information remains the same as before for customers who have previously set up their accounts online. New customers can follow the instructions for new customers logging into their accounts for the first time.
Tri-State EMC is excited about this new customer portal. We remain committed to providing our members with safe, reliable and affordable electricity.
