HOW TO APPLY:

INTERNATIONALSTUDENTS

ONLY FOR Freshmen!!! A.Y. 2015-16

It is possible for those who haven’t participate to the Call for Scholarship expired last 3 September, to apply ON-LINE within 20 October at 6pm (GMT +2)

The documents that must be sent by email are

  1. Family statement with all family members in which it is specified date of birth of each member as well as the relationship with the applicant)
  2. Financial statement related to 2013 (in the country currency). In the document, issued by the Tax Office must be specified the income of each family member.
  3. An official document issued by the Tax Office in which are specified all the family properties as well as the saving at the date of 31.12.2014.

All these documents must be duly translated and stamped by the Italian diplomatic authorities

Once in Italyall these documentsIN ORIGINALissued by the Tax Office of your home country and duly translated and stamped by the Italian diplomatic authorities must be presented to the Centre of Assistance CAAF to be converted into Italian standard family income ISEE/ISPEU and within the deadline of 5 NOVEMBERdelivered by hand to the ERSU office with a printed copy of the application.

How to apply

The procedure for filling out the application is exclusively on-line using the

authentication system of the Marche Region Cohesion2.0 the web site:

from any computer connected to the Internet.

The On LINE procedure will be closed at 6pm (GMT +2)of 20 October.

METHOD OF AUTHENTICATION

Enter the section AUTENTICAZIONE DEBOLE (UTENTE, PASSWORD) (Weak Authentication with User ID and Password) in the ERSU website( using your name and fiscal code, and fill inthe form with the required information.

To start the process once in the website:

- use the key Registrazione/Cambio Password to provide yourpersonal data including

the fiscalcode(it is possible to create a provvisional Italian Fiscal code using the website

You mustalso provide a valid e-mail address on which, at the end of the application process you will receive an e-mail containing a link to activate the registration;

- Once received by e-mail the link (to activate the registration)you mustreturn to the

Application site

- Perform theauthentication using the key Cohesion entering:

• in the user name field your fiscal code

• inthe parola chiave field the password specified;

Finally, click on the key Login

VERY IMPORTANT

IT IS COMPULSORY FORMALLY TO ENROLL AT UNICAM WITHIN 5 NOVEMBER OTHERWISE EVEN IF AWARDED, YOU WILL LOOSE THE SCHOLARSHIP.

Please note that lodging will not be available before 1 December.
